The Project consists of:
Site work, coordination of new modular structures and a site built mulipurpose building. The site work will include all site improvements and underground utilities associated with the structures.

 Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.

We are accepting sub/supplier pricing from all divisions 2 thru 33 listed in the contract specifications.
