S.C. VALLEY ENGINEERING, INC. will assist with obtaining Bonds/Insurance/Credit Line/Equipment/Supplies/Materials. Subcontractors/Suppliers must provide Contractor’s License number and Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration number on their bid proposals. Subcontractors must meet all insurance requirements. We also encourage contracting with a group of DBEs when a contract is too large for one firm to handle individually.
