is seeking certified and qualified DVBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide ERICKSON-HALL HAS BEEN SELECTED AS THE LEASE LEASE-BACK CONTRACTOR FOR THE MAGNOLIA HIGH SCHOOL POOL RENOVATION. The scope includes the renovation and modification to the existing pool facility, including but not limited to pool structural modification, new pool equipment, site demolition, select interior demolition, minor grading, storm drain, deck drainage, shade structures, furnishings, bleachers, scoreboard, fencing, site concrete, structural concrete, masonry, structural steel, metal deck, sheet metal, roofing, D/F/H, framing, drywall, ceramic tile, restroom accessories, pool equipment, plumbing, electrical, low voltage.
