PROJECT DETAILS:
Tenant Improvement of a 3 story, 27,613 sq ft, type II-B, fully sprinkled Barracks Building. Building work includes, but is not limited to, extensive mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and low voltage work throughout the building, replacement of concrete slab, metal framing, doors/frames, windows, finishes, toilet partitions and accessories, extensive patch of EIFS, metal roof patch, new metal sun shades, new sprinkler system.
Duration is 450 calendar days from NTP.
RFI Deadline is 8/17 at 1pm.
Project has two alternates: 1)Replace all flooring and cove base and 2)Replace Windows and interior Window Shades. Provide alternate pricing with your bid.
Security Requirements: Refer to 007300 Anti-Terrorism/Operations Security Review Requirement for security requirements on the project. These requirements include, but are not limited to, training for ALL workers at all levels/tiers of the project before being allowed on site, vehicle searches, FPCON measures, RAMs, HPCON measures, and AT Level 1 training.
Buy America Requirements: Refer to 52.225-12 in the front ends for requirements on purchasing material for the project.
Affirmative Action Requirements: Refer to 52.222-23 in the front ends. Goals are 19% minority and 6.9% female participation per trade.
