is seeking certified and qualified DVBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide ERICKSON-HALL HAS BEEN SELECTED AS THE LEASE LEASE-BACK CONTRACTOR FOR THE VAL VERDE USD CENTRAL KITCHEN. The new building is approximately 39,900 sf and will include central kitchen, freezers, administration, open office space, private offices, break room, warehouse, loading dock, storage, generator, trash enclosures and utility rooms. Building construction features steel frame, metal studs, stucco exterior walls, and built-up roof. Trades will include but not limited to finish grading, concrete paving, building concrete, landscaping, masonry and building construction items. The rough grading, curbs & gutters at asphalt, wet utilities and dry utilities (both stubbed within 5’) scopes were performed in the previous Maintenance & Operations Phase. Estimated Project Budget is $23 Million.
