Liquidated Damages: $1,000.00 per day

Estimated Value: $7,500,000.00

Scope Of Work-

Major components of the project scope include, but are not limited to:

New construction of a 2-story, type II-B, 13,722 sq ft building fully sprinkled with landscaped areas, handicapped parking, and a trash enclosure. Building work includes concrete, brick veneer, lath and plaster, steel and misc. metals, metal framing, insulation, steel deck, TPO roofing, sheet metal, handrails and guardrails, doors/frames, overhead doors and door partitions, glazing, finishes, specialty items, elevator, and all MEP trades. Site work includes installation of 2 solar-powered LED-enhanced stop signs, installation of 3 new city lights, site utilities including relocation of existing water meter, concrete pavers, CMU, fences and gates, and landscape and irrigation. 

Project is prevailing wage. The David-Bacon Fair Labor Standards Act will be enforced. The applicable wage determination for project is the one publishes 10-days prior to award. Award is expected to occur November 9th, 2022. Construction is expected to commence on or before December 5, 2022.

PLEASE NOTE: Per the Notice Inviting Bids, all bidders will be required to hold their original prices, without change, for a period of ninety (90) days from the date bids are opened.

All deferred approvals required engineer’s stamp and calculations.


ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE License number, DIR registration number, to be considered. Include a contact name and DIRECT phone number on bid.

P.H. Hagopian requires all subcontractors to be prepared to furnish 100% performance and payment bonds by an admitted surety in the amount of their bid.  Premium cost to be listed as a separate bid line item.  P.H. Hagopian, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to waive the requirement for such bond. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Under California law, all subcontractors and any sub-tier contractors, must be DIR registered contractors at the time of bid opening and at all times during the performance of the work. P.H. Hagopian is only soliciting sub-trade bids from those subcontractors and sub-tier trade contractors who are DIR registered contractors.
