How to Post Your Bid Notices onto the SBA's SubNet

If you would like to post your bid notices onto SBA’s SubNet, you can fill out and email the “SubtNet Posting Form” below.

Note: Make sure to include the following items on the form:

  • Item #2 – the division and URL can be left blank
  • Item #4 - should contain necessary details/instructions, including additional NAICS codes.
  • Item #5 – only allows 1 NAICS code
  • Item #7 – must have complete date (month/day/year) or can be left blank. i.e., “May 2026” is not acceptable
  • Item #8 – must provide time and time zone

 

SubNet Posting Form

The SUBNet portal is being rebuilt. In the meantime, SBA can post your opportunity manually on your behalf. Please FULLY complete the information below. Note that if you need documentation of your posting, you should go to SUBNet before the closing date and take a screenshot.

You may provide up to four attachments to be included with your post (items such as statement of work, specifications, bid sheet, or technical drawings). 16 MB limit. Allowable types: txt doc docx xls xlsx pdf ppt pptx png tiff tif jpg jpeg gif bmp htm html zip.
