PUBLISH CALENDAR EVENTS - make sure your agency’s upcoming outreach events, job walks, conferences and webinars are posted into our “Contractor Calendar”. This will help small and diverse businesses in your state, DOT district, county, and/or city to keep track of upcoming important dates.

Publish a public notice, bid/contract notice, IFB, RFP, RFI, or RFQ

PUBLISH A PUBLIC NOTICE, BID/CONTRACT NOTICE, IFB, RFP, RFI, OR RFQ - that can be geared toward underrepresented firms. This notice will appear in our online and hardcopy trade and focus journals, informing contractors about upcoming federal, state, county, or city bids and contracts. It will also be posted onto our twitter account. You will receive a publication affidavit-declaration of publication, which will be saved and accessible at any time from your dashboard.
Please note, the $30 price applies when placing the public notice yourself through your online account. If you require us to place the notice for you via our e-mail/ fax form the Gold Package will cost $60.
