Scope of work includes but is not limited to: provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the following work.

Remove existing middle school kitchen with the following but not limited to:

New flooring, remove and replace sewer system and incorporate owner furnished grease interceptor, renovate dry storage room as a new cooler.  Construct an exterior dry storage building.  Revise existing AC driveway approach to accommodate larger truck access.  Replace existing fire suppression system to a newer model and layout.  Replace existing fiber reinforced panel with new on all kitchen walls.  Provide new gas, electric, and water to kitchen equipment as required.

*Please note that there is a mandatory job walk on August 31, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at Rincon Middle School, 925 Lehner Avenue, Escondido CA  92026.  This job walk is mandatory for GC, not subcontractors.
