PROJECT DETAILS:

Scope: The scope of work includes mechanical, electrical, and site security enhancements to the Ivy Street Pump Station. These repairs include but are not limited to, replacement of damaged motor control center and annunciator panel, refurbishment of existing motors; remove and replace existing install new sump pump, pressure transducers, float switches; apply new coating for the lower section of the two main pumps pump assembly; remove damaged chain link fencing and install wrought iron perimeter fencing with no anti-climb, repaint existing steel door with and structurally reinforce pump station front door and include an alarm system; all locks installed; install intrusion and warning lights; pavement reconstruction in fence removal areas and removal of the temporary pedestal cage.
