The new Building A includes Administration, Multi-Purpose Room, Stage Library, Food Service, Building B and C are Classroom Buildings, A new Site Work with accessible Parking, Playfields, Shade Structures, Light Poles, Hardscape, Landscape, Chain Link, Ornamental Fencing & Gates and Underground Utilities. 1. This project is subject to Community Benefit Agreement (CBA) and a Public Work that is subject to Labor Code Section 1770 through 1861 shall utilize the schedule of Prevailing Wage Rate as published by the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. 2. Contractors shall register with Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) of the State of California, in order to bid and perform Public Works project, pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5. 3. Pursuant to Resolution No. 2022-23/18 adopted by the District, any bid listing Subcontractors holding C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46 Licenses shall properly qualified via Quality Bidders at http://qualitybidders.com before March 31, 2025 @ 2:00 PM ( Add.#2) and will be notified by email not less than eight (8) days prior to the Bid Opening date. (Add. #1) 4. The district has adopted a 3% goal for DVBE participation and fully comply with all of the foregoing DVBE Requirements. 5. Pre-bid clarification request shall be submitted in writing to Jorge Camarillo at jcamarillo@aesd.org and to Gustavo Ibarra at gibarra@cumming-group.com or to Icon West's to tess@icon-west.com, no later than April 09, 2025 @ 2:00 PM. 6. Hours of work at the site is allowed Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Works on Saturdays shall have a District approved proposal request. 7. If bidder desires to offer a Substitution for a products assembly, materials & equipment may be submitted During Procurement and During Construction, as described on Section 01 25 00.
