This contract will involve providing services related to environmental testing (LBP/ACM/OHS), inspection, and monitoring services in support of HACLA’s Section 3 Policy and Compliance Plan on an as-needed basis. All interested qualified MBE/WBE/LSA firms are invited to send a Statement of Qualifications to Ms. Hughes by e-mail no later than Friday, August 8, 2025 (HACLA’s submittal due date is August 20, 2025.). Please do not exceed 10 pages and include the following: 1) Letter of interest addressed to Kier DeLeo, CHMM, CAC, Citadel EHS, 1725 Victory Boulevard, Glendale, CA 91201, identifying primary contact and contact information; 2) Firm overview that highlights experience in the service to be provided; 3) Relevant project experience with the City of Los Angeles, or similar; 4) 2-page maximum resume for qualified staff that includes registrations, certifications, years of experience, and project experience; 5) A statement affirming your firm will comply with the HACLA’s Insurance Requirements (see Section C.14. of Exhibit A-Scope of Servies of RFP); 6) Proof of Insurance in compliance with HACLA’s requirements; 7) A copy of your current, applicable certification(s) such as MBE, WBE, or LSA; 8) A copy of your current DIR registration.
Failure to provide all the information requested and in a timely manner will be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered. Citadel EHS is able to assist qualified firms with obtaining bonds, lines of credit, or insurance and in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance as required by contract documents.
