is seeking certified and qualified DBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide Any portion of the work, but specifically the following suggested items: Lead Compliance Plan; Construction Area Signs; Traffic Control; Temporary MASH TL-3 Barrier System; Channelizers; Portable Radar Speed Feedback Sign System; PCMS Boards; Temporary Crash Cushions; Water Pollution Control Plan; Inlet Protection; Fiber Rolls; Temporary High-Visibility Fence; All Erosion Control items; Hydromulch; Hydroseed; Compost; Street Sweeping; Clear & Grub; HMA oil supply/delivery; Tack Coat; HMA Dike; Cold Plane AC Pavement; Rumble Strip (AC pavement); All Striping & Marking items, including temporary or removal; Midwest Guardrail System; Single Thrie Beam Barrier; Transition Railing; End Cap; End Anchor Assembly; Alt In-Line Terminal; Guard Rail Removal; Concrete Barrier Transition; Minor Concrete Vegetation Control; All Roadside Signs items; Treated Wood Waste; Electrical and Maintain Existing TMS elements; Water Truck; Hauling of construction materials and Hauling of export from the site. This is a Federally funded project for Caltrans involving roadway improvements along Hwy 101, Santa Clara County near Gilroy, California. Engineer’s Estimate: $4,850,000 Contract Time: 110 working days Granite Construction will break down items of work to facilitate DBE participation on this project. All non-DBE subcontractors are also encouraged to utilize DBE suppliers for their work, where possible. 100% performance and payment bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price. Granite Construction will assist with bonding costs for subcontractors.
