is seeking certified and qualified DBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide FOR STATE ROUTE 70 1.Widen the highway to five lanes, including two-way left-turn lanes and 8-foot shoulders 2.Lower the existing roadway profile under the Marysville Underpass and the Binney Junction Underpass to increase railroad bridge clearances 3.Construct eight concrete gravity walls to retain earth in the sag vertical curves 4.Realign 24th Street and construct new 24th Street / SR 70 intersection 5.Construct new curb and gutter, sidewalk, and ADA ramps on each side of SR 70 6.Construct new traffic signal at 16th Street/ SR 70 intersection and 24th Street/ SR 70 intersection FOR UNION PACIFIC RR.1. Replace the existing Marysville Underpass and Binney Junction Underpass; The two new bridges will have steel superstructures 2.Realign a portion of the Valley Subdivision and Sacramento Subdivision tracks to align with the new railroad underpasses 3.Construct six Type 1/ Type 5 concrete retaining walls to retain railroad embankment for the new track alignments FOR LEVEE IMPROVEMENTS 1.Relocate the east finger levee and a portion of the Marysville Ring Levee 2.Construct new flood gate for the new track alignments 3.Construct new soil-cement-bentonite cutoff walls via deep mix method Estimated Total Project Cost $178,600,000.00
