PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Construction of a new 51,000 GSF, 2-story plus basement, structural steel type II-B Theater Arts Replacement Building with a 3 main performance spaces and performance support areas as well as exterior improvements, in a project area of 68,593 SF, including but not limited to:
a) Performance Hall
1) 443 fixed seating
2) Full Theater rigging system
3) Pit Orchestra platform lift system
4) Fully fly tower with ventilation system
5) Full Theater production and performance auxiliary systems
including state of the art acoustics, audio/visual, lighting, atmospheric
effect mechanical systems, main stage trap, upper gallery and
catwalks, etc.
b) Black Box with 99 seats, tension grid, and outdoor performance space.
c) Cabaret Theater with 68 telescopic seating, and pipe grid
d) Associated back of house support spaces – scene shop, costume shop, green room, dressing room, pre-function/lobby space, rehearsal rooms, classrooms, meeting rooms, offices, storage.
e) Underground utilities, hardscape and landscape surrounding building
f) Site accessibility improvements along path of travel.
g) Exterior finishes include PVC roof, plaster, and brick veneer.

The subcontractor agrees that their bid will remain valid for the same duration as ProWest's bid must remain valid with the project owner. Each listed subcontractor must sign ProWest's standard Subcontract Agreement if ProWest is awarded the project. The Subcontract Agreement is available for review on ProWest's website at www.goprowest.com.
If the project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement, Project Stabilization Agreement, or Community Workforce Agreement, the subcontractor, by submitting a bid proposal, acknowledges the requirements of such agreements and further agrees to adhere to all of the requirements therein as provided in all the bid documents’ including the General Conditions and Supplemental Conditions.
All Contractors shall use a skilled and trained workforce, as defined in the DEFINITIONS section, in the performance of all project work.
