Psomas requests qualifications from CUCP certified DBE firms interested in providing qualified personnel and services related to NAICS codes 221310, 541330-19, 541612-04, and 541611-14. The services will include groundwater treatment, cost estimating, DWSRF (Drinking Water State Revolving Fund) application, and a financial security package.

Firms interested in responding shall submit a letter of interest stating proposed services, proof of current DBE certification, a firm profile, qualified personnel resumes, and a description of relevant experience including recent projects for which services have been provided. This RFP shall not obligate Psomas to either contract with, or reimburse costs to, respond hereto.
