Construction of the Allied Health Building the Aeronautics Building, Hazard Storage , Engine test Cell and improvements to the parking lot. Includes full demolition of existing buildings, move of modular out – buildings with off and on site street improvements
Estimated Cost: $50,000,000
Project Duration: 37 Months (1,067 Calendar Days)
Prevailing Wage Project
All subcontractors may be required to bond over $150,000 (Submit bond rate with bid)
Liquidated Damages $7,000/Day

DVBE Participation Required
All subcontractors, including DVBE subcontractors, may be required to provide payment and performance bonds equal to 100% of their subcontract value. ProWest will pay bond premiums up to 1.5%. Please provide your bond rate with your proposal.
