PROJECT DETAILS:
Piping connection to CVWD Lateral 28-R, Installation of approximately 1,244 feet of 16-inch PVC pipeline and appurtenances, a portion of which is within Caltrans jurisdiction in Highway 192, Installation of approximately 2,700 feet of 20-inch HDPE pipeline via horizontal directional drilling, a portion of which is within Caltrans jurisdiction in Highway 192, Installation of approximately 935 feet of 16-inch PVC pipeline and appurtenances on private property within agricultural access roads, Construction of the Del Mar Pump Plant, Installation of approximately 2,150 feet of 16-inch CMCL steel pipeline in an agricultural access road, Piping connection to Rincon Main Pipeline, Relocation of approximately 620 feet of 18-inch Rincon Main (West) with 18- inch CMCL steel pipeline, Rincon Control Reservoir Bypass Piping, Construction of the Red Mountain Pump Plant, Relocation of approximately 290 feet of 21-inch Rincon Main (East) with 21- inch CMCL steel pipeline, Rincon Main Chlorination Station Bypass Piping, and Rincon Pump Plant Bypass Piping.
Filanc intends to seriously negotiate with qualified SBE/MBE/WBE for project participation, and will assist with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, bonding, credit lines, and insurance if needed.
