Key components of the work include: Realignment of Bethlehem Road Construction of four new roundabouts Construction of three new bridges The Scope of Work is Roadway and Bridge Construction, including but not limited to Asphalt and Concrete Pavement, Subbase, Earthwork, Utilities, Storm Drainage, Concrete Barriers, Retaining Walls, Flatwork, Fence, Guardrail, ITS, and Traffic Signals.
