PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project entails the construction of a new single-story, 26,258-square-foot gymnasium with integrated locker room facilities. Designed as a modern venue for athletics and large-scale assembly functions, the building features a structural steel frame with SBS modified and metal roofing, complemented by drywall and metal stud interior/exterior construction. Exterior finishes include plaster, brick veneer, and architectural metal panels.
The facility will be fully equipped with new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems. Interior spaces are tailored to athletic use, incorporating high-quality wood and resilient rubber sports flooring, telescoping bleachers, custom locker installations, and acoustical paneling to enhance performance and spectator experience.
