All Contractors and Subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) at time of bid.

Subcontractor Prequalification:

Subcontractors with C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46 licenses must be pre qualified with the Sweetwater Unified School District. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders.

Project Labor Agreement is applicable in this project.

Project Description:

Installation of New 22 student classroom portable buildings plus three new service portable buildings for educational purposes.
Existing portables are to remain not in scope
Demolition of basketball poles, paving, trenching as needed to bring utility to area of work, minor alteration of accessibility compliance, installation of new FDC outlet for fire prevention, extension of 46' of existing fire lane.
