PROJECT DETAILS:
THIS IS A REVISED BID SOLICITATION FROM THE ONE SENT EARLIER THIS AFTERNOON.
This project will require the higher of state and federal prevailing wages. It will also require a strict Section 3 reporting & hiring requirement. Any person hired after the project is awarded to any subcontractor must make every available effort to hire a section 3 worker. This effort must be hard copy documented.
