A new two-story 14,700 square foot classroom building consists of a ceramics lab, an outdoor ceramics yard, a robotics lab, an engineering lab, a food science lab, an art flex lab, a general classroom and storages for labs. This Project also includes site development and improvements, site clearing, grading, drainage and hardscape. Arcadia HS Performing Arts Center Annex (Stagecraft Building) - A new 5,900 square foot single-story classroom building consists of scene shop, costume shop and storage space for classrooms. This project includes site development and improvements, site clearing, grading, drainage and hardscape. Subcontractor Prequalification - mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors performing work under the following license classifications: C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46 (“MEP Subcontractors”) are required to prequalify.
