Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modification to the contract are permitted. All Sub-contractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish sub-contract performance and payment bond, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by and admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company. Vance Corporation will assist sub-contractors in obtaining bonds, lines of credit and/or insurance if required.
