Project Description: The work to be performed consists, in general, of installing prefabricated box culvert, headwall, wingwall, apron, and rock slope protection, removing existing culvert and asphalt concrete pavement, placing hot mix asphalt dike, paving hot mix asphalt, grading channel, and painting thermoplastic traffic stripes.
