Project Description

Edwards Construction Group is currently pursuing the Black Mountain Ranch Community Park Phase II project for the Lennar Corporation & the City of San Diego.

Your proposal MUST follow the bid schedule to be considered. NO EXCEPTIONS!

A copy of the bid schedule is included in the bid documents under "Specifications", labeled "0 BID SCHEDULE."

 

SCOPE OF WORK

Construction of Black Mountain Ranch Park Phase II shall include, but not be limited to, grading, storm drain, and erosion control improvements; a new parking lot with associated lighting, sidewalks, and trash enclosure; decomposed granite (DG) pathways with a continuous lighting loop; landscaped planting and irrigation areas; bioretention basins; and related utility and electrical work. Improvements also include a new dog park, restroom building, sport courts, playground, and open field, along with site furnishings, shade structures, and other site amenities as shown in the construction documents. Work under this contract is divided into a Base Bid and multiple Add Alternates (Attachments B.0 through B.9 on RFP) as identified in the Bid Forms and Attachment J – Phased Construction Plan.

 

Est Construction Budget: $8,300,000

This is a PREVAILING WAGE project.

 

There is a 10.2% ELBE Participation requirement.

There is a 7.9% SLBE Participation requirement
