The Project is generally described as including, but not limited to: Public Address System Upgrades including associated cabling, integrated clock-bell devices, wall speakers, exterior speakers and head-end equipment at the following school sites:

• Jefferson EES - 1350 25th Ave, San Francisco
• Argonne Pre-K - 750 16th Ave, San Francisco
• Noriega EES - 1775 44th Ave, San Francisco
• Tule Elk CDC - 2110 Greenwich St., San Francisco
• John McLaren EES - 2055 Sunnyvale Ave, San Francisco
• San Miguel EES - 300 Seneca Ave, San Francisco
• Theresa Mahler EES - 990 Church St., San Francisco
• Zaida Rodriguez EDC - 421 Bartlett St., San Francisco

CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED FOR WORK: Class B - General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work. Data cabling, fiber, and lowvoltage system work must be performed by C-7 licensed contractor. Conduit and electrical work to be performed by C-10 licensed contractor.

PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA.

PRE-QUALIFICATION: All Bidders are hereby notified that this Project is subject to the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure. All General Contractors must submit a prequalification package a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to bid date in order to bid on this project. No bids will be received or opened from Bidders who have not been pre-qualified through the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure.
