PROJECT DETAILS:

Project Scope of Work

This project comprises of the complete replacement of the existing Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) and Administration Buildings at Franklin Elementary School that were damaged in the Eaton Fire. The rebuild is needed to return the campus to operational use, scheduled for Summer 2026. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following major components:

• Demolition of the existing fire-damaged structures and associated site elements in preparation for new construction

• Site grading

• Construction of new foundations for the new two (2) Silver Creek modular buildings: MPR and Administration Building

• Construction of a new lunch shelter

• Construction of new covered walkways

• Kitchen Equipment

• New utility connections, including power, water, sewer, communications, and all required service  infrastructure to support building operations

• All related sitework to safely reopen the school, including paving, hardscape, landscape, fences & gates, and campus circulation improvements

• ADA pathway of travel connecting the campus to the school’s new designated Safe Dispersal Area
