The interior building components include electrical, data, fire alarm, HVAC, Air Balance, plumbing, drywall, insulation, FRP, tiling, paint, casework and countertops, acoustical t-bar ceilings, carpet & LVP flooring, epoxy flooring, toilet accessories and partitions, window shades / coverings, and signage. The sitework consists of site demolition, earthwork / grading, underground utilities, site concrete, asphalt paving, handrails & guardrails, fencing & gates, landscaping & irrigation, site striping, survey, and erosion control.
