is seeking certified and qualified DVBE subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Work to include, but not limited to, scraping and disposal of existing track surface, removal and disposal of existing asphalt base, protect existing track entrance and existing curbs, excavating and removal of existing base, scarify and compact subgrade to required depth, finish grade base, install new synthetic track surface.
