PROJECT DETAILS:
Reyes Construction, Inc., an equal opportunity employer, is requesting quotes from all qualified SLBE and ELBE Subcontractors and Suppliers.
Estimated Project Value: $6,500,000
Project Scope:
The base bid generally consists of the de-channelization and restoration of a portion of Chollas Creek, including concrete channel and bridge removal; installation of a gravity block retaining wall; construction of a natural stone channel; construction of a headwall and junction structure; and construction of maintenance access ramps to the channel. Alternate items include the construction of trail; construction of curb ramps, curb, gutter, and sidewalk; landscaping and irrigation; and play and exercise equipment installation. Work is within the City of San Diego and Caltrans rights-of-way.
Reyes Construction, Inc. intends to seriously negotiate with qualified firms for project participation. Reyes Construction, Inc. is willing to break items of work into smaller increments to assist SLBE and ELBE Subcontractors and Suppliers in obtaining work on this project.
Assistance will be available in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related technical assistance.
