CORE Construction along with San Juan Unified School District requests proposals from licensed subcontractors for the following Lease-Leaseback project:

San Juan Unified School District

San Juan High School Modernization

Scheduled bidding period 02/02/2026 - 02/26/2026

Project scope includes the abatement, demolition of B-Wing and demo, abatement, and interior finish upgrade work to 92 classrooms at an active school campus. There will be a non-mandatory site walk 02/12 at 3:00PM.

Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6*, each prospective MEP Contractor holding C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46 licenses must be prequalified with San Juan Unified School District via: https://sjusd.qualitybidders.com/
