Merced City School District 26th Street MARS/ELO-P Facility
Increments No. 1 & No. 2
Increment No. 1 consists of basic utilities, grading, and building pad preparation.
Increment No. 2 consists of installation of two new kit of parts buildings provided by the owner with exterior and interior improvements with site improvements. Main buildings is a 2-story (10,500 sf) multi-use facility. Bidders will be responsible for installation of owner furnish building with exterior and interior improvements by contractor. Second storage building is a 1-story (1,500 sf) storage building. Bidders will be responsible for installation of owner furnished building with exterior and interior improvements by contractor.
Both increments to be bid as one package.
