The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: 

Mitigation of water intrusion at existing exterior wall surfaces and windows involving selective site demolition, cement plaster and concrete wall repairs of cracks and spalls, replacement of existing wood windows with aluminum windows, sheet metal flashing, joint sealants, wall coating systems, interior wood trims and painting, ceiling repairs, and including abatement ofhazardous materials.

The estimated construction cost is $1,000,000.00.

Subcontractors shall provide performance and payment bond if required.
