*All Subcontractors are required to acknowledge and meet the minimum insurance requirements set forth by the owner in the project plans, specifications and addenda. *All Subcontractors will be responsible for any wage determination increases that may arise over the course of the project. *Ginno Construction relies on the price submitted in a subcontractor's proposal as an all-inclusive price for its trade scope found in the plans and specifications regardless of any qualifying language in the proposal. *Ginno Construction’s listing of a subcontractor is not an acceptance of any or all of that subcontractor's conditions, qualifications, exclusions or exceptions included in the subcontractor's bid proposal. *All Subcontractors must sign and abide by their contract with Ginno Construction, Inc. *All Subcontractors with a bid that exceeds $500,000 must include a bid bond & performance bond as a separate line item cost

Work consists of construction of a new shop building at Princeton High School, including areas for metal and wood shop, one 
classroom, one restroom, shop equipment to include a mix of new and existing equipment; existing shop building to be 
decommissioned and demolished and this project also includes replacement of the main electrical distribution. 
*All subcontractors must have a active DIR # in order to submit a bid on this project.
*All RFIs must be sent to NMR (a.manning@nmrdesign.com) by ASAP
*All Substitution Request must be submitted prior to bid.
