Tanner Pacific is assembling a team to respond to the District’s Request for Proposal (RFP) for Engineering Consulting Services as Owner Advisor, supporting EBMUD through procurement and pre-construction phases associated with the demolition, abatement and replacement of the existing facility with three new prestressed concrete tanks, foundational improvements, a new rate control station, site grading and access, and landscaping improvements resulting with the facility’s removal from Division of Safety of Dams jurisdiction.
