PROJECT DETAILS:
WCA and Palm Springs Unified School District encourage the participation of small, disadvantaged, minority owned, women owned, and disabled veteran owned business enterprises.
Respondents must be properly licensed for the scope of work being responded to. All trade contractors must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) at bid submittal date.
Skilled & Trained Workforce will be enforced with this project per AB566, AB3018, AB693 and SB418, as this is a Lease Leaseback project.
Bonding: Trade contractor bids over $100,000 will be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds by an admitted surety in the State of California. All trades must provide a bond rate. Additional bonds may be required at the District’s discretion.
