SCOPE OF WORK: The Project includes the design and construction of recharge basins, production wells, and associated pipelines on newly acquired land in Riverside County near the city of Temecula. This will allow the Owner to optimize the recharge, banking, and extraction of water from the Pauba Valley groundwater basin.  The Project also includes repurposing existing UVDC Pond 3 to recharge untreated imported water, adding new wells to extract recharged water, and modifying an existing pump station at the UVDC to send extracted water to Vail Lake for additional above-ground storage.

Filanc intends to seriously negotiate with qualified SBE/MBE/WBE for project participation, and will assist with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, bonding, credit lines, and insurance if needed.
