SCOPE: The Public Facility Improvement Project includes clearing and grubbing, grading, PCC gravity walls, drainage, utilities, building foundations and anchorages, site paving, on-site pedestrian improvements, site lighting, preparing the project site for the installation and/or construction of premanufactured dwelling structures (Pallet Shelters) and modular shower and bathroom facilities (CRATE Modular, Inc.), setting and aligning Pallet Shelters on Contractor constructed foundations and anchoring the shelters to the foundations with Contractor fabricated and installed anchors, construction of a covered trash enclosure, and installation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm systems. The scope of this project also includes traffic control, protection, and restoration of existing improvements, removal, and restoration of existing improvements. All labor, material, equipment, and transportation necessary for the project shall be included for all construction bid items listed for this project.

The Faivre Street & Broadway Sidewalk Improvement Project includes the installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, street light, driveway, sewer lateral, storm drain pipe. The scope of this project also includes traffic control, protection and restoration of existing improvements, other miscellaneous work, and all labor, material, equipment, and transportation necessary for the project. The water main extension, domestic water service, domestic water meter, and fireline water service inside the Right-of-Way and shown on Project Drawing No. 20026-3 has already been installed by Sweetwater Authority and is not a part of this contract.

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All
subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for
the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
