PROJECT DETAILS:
1. General Scope: The project is generally described to include, but not limited to, the demolition of an existing two-story, wood framed residential apartment structure, grading and construction of a new three-story, twenty-four-unit apartment building with parking, patios and trash enclosure.
2. Funding: This project is being funded by federal HOME and HOME-ARP as well as other public funding sources and will, therefore, require labor to be paid prevailing wages based on State of California department of Industrial Relations and Davis-Bacon Act. Wage determination information is included in this bid package. Additionally, Project is subject to Build America Buy America legislation. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. The following provisions of California Labor Sections 1771, 1775, 1776, 1777, 1813 and 18/15 are incorporated into the bid invitation. Subcontractors bidding this project must comply with all the above-referenced provisions.
