We would like to invite you to submit your proposal for the upcoming bid for ALTADENA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - PLAYGROUND PROJECT. Engineer Estimate is $6.5 to $8 Mil.

This is CWA (Community Workforce Agreement) project with 153 days duration, starting date is 06/08/2026.

The Project consists of:

Scope of work includes parking lot expansion and the relocation

of the existing playground. the parking lot expansion includes

asphalt paving, concrete paving, concrete pavers, fencing, gates,

site lighting, irrigation, landscape, pv carport pc #04-123955 and fire

lane pavement. playground scope to include hardscape, landscape,

play equipment, site retaining walls and amphitheater seating.
