CARPENTRY, CEILING TILE, WATERPROOFING, DEMOLITION

The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: 

Mitigation of water intrusion affecting classrooms and offices by patching wall cracks and spalls, applying liquid membrane flashing systems and elastomeric coatings, using joint sealants, replacing water-damaged or missing ceiling tiles/panels and performing all other associated waterproofing work. 

The estimated construction cost is $770,000.00.

Subcontractors shall provide performance and payment bond if required.
