• CONSTRUCTION START: Approx June 22, 2026 COMPLETE: Approx November 20, 2026
• CARPENTERS UNION. Ausonio Inc. is signatory to Carpenters Union.
• PREVAILING WAGE. This project is funded in whole or in part with federal funds, therefore subcontractors shall comply with the Davis-Bacon Act, applicable reporting requirements, and any other applicable requirements. Please qualify this on your proposal.
• DIR REGISTRATION. All bidders must currently be registered as a public works contractor. Please list the DIR registration number on all proposals. 
• DOCUMENT REVIEW. By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents including addenda and that from their own investigation they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the intended work. ALL ADDENDA MUST BE NOTED ON YOUR PROPOSAL TO BE VALID.
• SUBSTITUTIONS. Pricing is to be provided as per plans, specifications and addenda. No substitutions unless approved by District in advance of bid date.
• MODIFICATIONS. Bids may not be modified or withdrawn by bidder after receipt.
