PROJECT DETAILS:
The project scope of work includes all labor,
materials, equipment, supervision, services, off-site work, landscaping, and all work
indicated in the plans and specifications necessary for the construction of new educational
facilities and associated site improvements. The project includes construction of new
classroom, administration, cafeteria, and multi-use buildings, along with related grading,
drainage, paving, utilities, fencing, and site lighting improvements.
The work also includes all associated civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical,
plumbing, and low-voltage systems required for a complete and fully operational facility.
