Project Scope:

This project, titled "Corrective Action Plan Implementation Phase I Liner Reconstruction and Phase II Liner Repairs" (Project No. PE20E10M, Contract No. N62473-24-R-1201), is located at the Las Pulgas Landfill, MCB Camp Pendleton, San Diego, California. Its primary objective is to remove the failed Phase I toe and slope liner systems, the compromised interface with the Phase II slope liner, the complete Leachate Collection and Removal System (LCRS), and the associated LCRS subdrain system. Following removal, these systems will be reconstructed in full compliance with the Corrective Action Plan (CAP), the San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) Waste Discharge Requirements, Order No. R9-2011-039, and California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 27. The scope includes reconstructing the Phase I liner system (approximately 240,000 square feet) and repairing the Phase II area damaged during prior Phase I slope liner construction. The period of performance is 420 calendar days from task order award.

Assistance will be available in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related technical assistance.
