WILLOWBROOK LANE AND TWIN LAKES CHURCH SITES

Proposed improvements of injection well operations including construction of a buried concrete vault with an assumed footprint of 40 -feet long by 15 -feet wide and 10 -feet deep, equipment pads for instrumentation, electrical controls, valves, and surface and subsurface piping. Each facility will also be surfaced with asphalt concrete for use by service trucks.

MONTEREY SITE

Proposed improvements include an equipment pad and asphalt concrete paving. The existing production well and infrastructure associated with the well are to be demolished by others and the existing concrete vault will remain for use with the proposed injection well.

Filanc intends to seriously negotiate with qualified SBE/MBE/WBE for project participation, and will assist with obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, bonding, credit lines, and insurance if needed.
