This project is the renovation of an existing Training Facility for bus operators and mechanics for conversion to a zero-emission bus fleet.

Base Bid includes the renovation of the North Wing of the building, lobby (rooms 101 and 101B), Data Comm (rooms 118,119, and 120) and the Training and Education Manager (room 126). The Base Bid adds 1,164 square feet of second floor area within the existing building envelope and a new 1,350 square foot addition outside of it. The bus bays will be upgraded to hydrogen safe bays to allow for servicing of Zero Emission buses and include

a new mezzanine level connecting to the extended second floor.

Additive Alternate 1 This will reconfigure the auditorium, restrooms, and janitor closet in the South Wing.

Additive Alternate 2 Renovates the balance of the South Wing of the building including offices, classroom, cafeteria, A/V Room, utility/boiler room, janitor storage and other interior spaces, adding canopy coverage and replace paving at the main entrances.

• Per plans and specification
• Exclusions must be noted
• All trades are responsible to visit and/or investigate the project site to identify existing and potential conditions pertaining to their scope of work.
• All work must be in accordance with all local, state and/or national code requirements.
• Engineering, layout and/or testing, if required, shall be included.
• 100% Performance and payment bond may be required; JUV, Inc. will pay up to 1.5% of Bond Premium. 
• Pricing structure must be by CSI division (i.e. separate pricing for mechanical and plumbing, lath/plaster and drywall, etc.)
• This project is subject to Prevailing Wage.
