Kressa LLC DBA Kressa Design Build is currently seeking DVBE-certified suppliers and subcontractors for participation on a public works refrigeration project for Bonita Unified School District. Project scope includes: Concrete, steel, HVAC, electrical, grading, asphalt. We are currently requesting quotations and participation opportunities for materials and/or subcontracted work related to this project. Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be able to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company (If required).
