subcontractors for the following Lease-Leaseback project:

Mary Collins at Cherry Valley New Two-Story Classroom Building – Inc 2.

Scheduled bidding period 08/10/2026 – 09/03/2026 

Increment 2: Construction of a new two-story, seven-classroom building utilizing wood shear-wall
framing, concrete foundations, concrete shear walls, and wood infill framing. Work includes 
connections to Increment 1 site utility improvements, finish grading, paving repairs to provide 
accessible paths of travel, and new landscaping. 

There will be a non-mandatory site walk 08/18/2026 @ 10:00AM 

Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6*, each prospective MEP Contractor holding 
C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46 licenses must be 
prequalified with Petaluma City Schools. Fill out prequalification form located here:
