SCOPE OF WORK: Construction of traffic Construction of a new prefabricated press box that is seismically separated from the existing bleacher building, along with related accessibility upgrades. Specifically:

The press box itself is a new on-grade structure totaling 240 interior square feet plus a 240-square-foot rooftop area, connecting to the existing bleachers (per drawings B1–B17), with a new staircase and landing.

Tied to that, the project also replaces non-compliant portions of two existing systems to serve the new press box: the existing accessible path of travel, and the existing restrooms in the concessions/restroom building (ADA upgrades).

The work also includes site upgrades, low-voltage/AV and network cabling (Category 6A data/telecom for the press box, including an OFOI sports camera such as Pixellot/HUDL Focus), and standard closeout/commissioning items (mechanical/electrical systems fully operational and inspected before partial owner occupancy).

Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. No modifications to the contract are permitted. All subcontractors/vendors awarded work on this project must be prepared to furnish subcontract performance and payment bonds, for the amount of the subcontract bid, issued by an admitted corporate surety acceptable to our company.
